Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fitness equipment purchase. Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, electrical components, assembly), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact. For treadmills (electrical), this means the product must not have been plugged in or used. For jump ropes, they must be unopened and unused.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Treadmills that have been assembled, plugged in, or show signs of use; exercise chairs that have been assembled or used; jump ropes that have been removed from packaging or used.

  • Hygiene items: Jump ropes for sanitary reasons.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all hardware and instructions. Treadmills and exercise chairs must be disassembled and returned in original boxes.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (treadmills), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. For treadmills, do not attempt to use if damaged. We'll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.

Missing Parts
If your treadmill or exercise chair arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
