1. Products & Orders

  • We sell fitness equipment: treadmills, exercise chairs, and jump ropes.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING – READ BEFORE USE

Treadmills:

  • This equipment is intended for users age 13 and above.

  • Follow all warning labels and instructional placards on the equipment.

  • Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program.

  • Never leave children unattended near equipment. Studies show more than 70% of children injured in home exercise equipment mishaps were under age 10.

  • Unplug treadmill and remove safety key when not in use; store key out of children's reach.

  • Use treadmill only in a locked room if children or pets are present.

  • Keep all objects, including exercise balls and other equipment, away from the treadmill.

  • Do not exceed maximum user weight.

  • Inspect equipment before each use; do not use if damaged.

  • Keep cords tidy and away from children (strangulation hazard).

  • Use safety devices (safety key, lock) as directed.

Exercise Chairs:

  • Do not exceed the specified weight limit. Exceeding weight limits may cause malfunction and injury.

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully.

  • Inspect resistance bands/cords before each use; replace if frayed.

  • Keep moving parts away from children; supervise children near equipment.

  • Do not allow children to operate equipment.

Jump Ropes:

  • This product is not a toy for young children. Store in a place not accessible to young children.

  • Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or close to children.

  • Use only for its intended purpose as a jump rope. Not approved for towing, pulling, or climbing.

  • Check rope for wear before each use.

  • Use on appropriate surface (wood, rubber flooring, sport mat).

General Fitness Equipment Safety:

  • All equipment complies with ASTM F2276 for stability, support, edge protection, and guarding of moving parts.

  • Equipment includes ASTM F1749 compliant warning labels and safety signage.

  • The design and construction meet requirements for squeeze, shear, and crush points prevention.

  • Assembly instructions, parts list, operational instructions, and maintenance instructions are included with each product.

3. Safety Standards Compliance
Our products comply with:

  • ASTM F2276: Standard Specification for Fitness Equipment

  • ASTM F1749: Fitness Equipment Safety Signage and Labels

  • ASTM F2115: Motorized Treadmills (where applicable)

  • CPSC: Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements including third-party laboratory testing and lead/phthalate limits

  • CPSIA: Lead content limits (<100 ppm) where applicable

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to follow safety warnings, exceeding weight limits, child access to equipment, accidents).

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
